Dr. Kenneth Kreye MD. FACEP is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has 24 years experience in Aviation Medicine flying and transporting over 500 patients per year since 1983. Dr. Kreye oversees all transports and himself provides in-flight medical care. He is the head physician Dr. Kreye is the medial advisor for Angel Flight of America since 1996 and advises hospital physicians across the USA on flight physiology, oxygen and patient requirements for in-flight medical care. Dr. Kreye is also the medical advisor for Care Trans Non-profit Charity non-emergency long distance ground medical transportation. In addition, Dr. Kreye provides consultation for travel insurance / travel assistance companies.
All pilots, Captains, and 1st officer are professionally trained and are certified by an FAA flight examiner in the speciic type aircraft they are flying e.g., Gulfstream jet, Lear jet, or Propjet. Every pilot must demonstrate proficiency skills and pass an FAA medical examination every six (6) months. ‘In addition they receive Air Ambulance Flight training as required by the Part 135 FAA certificate. |
