Oxygen Concentrator: Oxygen Concentrator
supplies oxygen up to 10 liters per minute. Additional oxygen tanks
are available for back up emergencies.
Oxygen
Saturation Monitor: Pulse Oximeter: is used on all patients
to monitor the amount of oxygen being delivered to the patient
Suction:
A suction unit is available for the patient’s needs
Nutrition: Nutritional supplements are continued
via PEG or Nasogastric Feeding tube.
Catheter
Care: Foley Catheter care is provided. Urine output is
monitored.
Glucometer: The patient's glucose is monitored throughout
the transfer.
Medications: Current meds that the patients are taking
are continued throughout the transfer.
