Requirements:

  • Individuals seeking assistance need a recommendation from a social worker or case manager
  • Present proof of necessary financial assistance.
  • Be approved by the Care Trans financial review board.

Med Transport Center believes in helping others

  • arranges transportation for those in need at no charge
  • Financially supports Care Trans by donating $100.00 from every transport to Care Trans to help those in need
