"Wow!!! What a terrific group of people you have working with you. Brend did all the organizing from start to finish without any hitches. She was always pleasant on the phone and what she promised always came true.

In fact, Dr. B, Charlie's primary care physician made the bus stop so he could hop aboard and check out the inside. He wanted cards and a brochure so Julie gave him some.
Of course the transport was extra special but BJ, Ron, and Julie made the trip even better. You can be assured that the three of them treated us with care, respect and most of all their friendliness made the entire experience very relaxing.

From our first contact with the office staff, Mary, Joann and others thru and including the drivers, Ron and Ronnie; the service was nothing but first class. We also wanted to extend a special thanks to Julie, RN, for her compassion and attentiveness to my mother's needs. All of the personnel should be complimented for their professionalism.

"I did not know such a service was available until the hospital
arranged it for us. We thought about flying, but it would require
my husband to be moved so much from the hospital to the airport
and on to (the) plane and again after we got to Atlanta, and he
was in quite a bit of pain from hip surgery. I would use your service
again and Pam and Wayne were great. You are fortunate to have them.
My brother, KC, already called your office to compliment the job
you did."

"Thank you for your supportive, caring service.
Kudos to all the people handling the call and continued attention
to all details. We were very nervous transporting my dad 1,200 miles
from Florida to New Jersey. Brandon assured us that every detail
would be taken care of -- medication, toiletry issues and the fact
that the stroke caused my dad to be Aphasic--and not that easily
understood. He enjoyed the ride tremendously -- having been a driver
up to the time of the stroke 2 1/2 months ago. Bill pointed out
some sights along the way. Eileen was wonderful as I watched her
try to transfer my dad into the new facility. The only problem was
with my Dad -- he thought that he was going home to his house in
NJ. But the ride and crew were probably the highlight of
his life in the past 2 1/2 months."

"I wanted to thank you and the staff at Med Coach
for all your help in transporting my father-in-law from Maryland
to Florida. He made the long trip and entered a rehab facility here
in Florida. He was doing well and beginning to walk and eat well.
Unfortunately, he took a turn for the worse and died on Friday,
February 1st. He lived exactly 94 1/2 years and most of that time
he was healthy and independent. We feel that he is with his wife
who died 11 years ago and is happy again. Our goal was to get himto
Florida where we would be close by and be able to help him more.
Your transportation service allowed us to do this. He was able to
see his Granddaughter and her husband and his two Great Grandchildren
whom he had not seen for a long time.
Several people have asked us about your service and
we have passed information on about you. You might want to send
a brochure to the admissions lady at the facility we used.
Thank you again for all your help to work with us to coordinate
my father-in-law's trip!"

"Could not find anything to complain about on the trip by MED
Coach. Everything was very comfortable, especially the bed. Lori
was super great. Harry was a very good driver, great to talk to.
The food was very good. Everything about the trek was "tops."
